I am still learning the fine art of small talk. For a long time I've thought it as meaningless banter. I guess that's why I've gravitated toward being a tech guy; computers need no pleasantries. Meanwhile I'm slowly coming around to the realization that a bit of babble with folks goes a long way to making the life of the computer-fixin' customer-service givin' agent more pleasant. You?
